We are always searching for great people to volunteer their time for a couple of hours during the week or to be an 'as needed' volunteer when we have special projects that require extra hands.

Because we work with children and adults in confidential situations, all volunteer applicants are required to submit an application and be fingerprinted and undergo a background check.

 

We need volunteers to help with some of the following:

  • Answer telephones
  • Greet visitors
  • Occasionally oversee children in our playroom
  • Sort clothing and other donated items
  • Miscellaneous office duties - copying, filing

Projects for community service groups

Are you the leader of a Scout troop or church group that is looking for a place for your group donate their time?  The Yavapai Family Advocacy Center is always looking for help with a variety of projects around our property.  Some are ongoing and others are just once a year.
