Yavapai Family Advocacy Center
Mandatory Reporter TrainingThis training is for educators, social workers, healthcare workers, foster parents and any other person who is responsible for the care of a child. It is designed to increase the awareness of A.R.S. 13-3620, increase awareness of signs of child abuse and neglect, and increase the likelihood that suspected abuse will be reported.
Training on the Yavapai County Child Abuse Investigation Protocols is available to law enforcement, CPS workers and school personnel.
Prevent Child Abuse Arizona
Advanced Forensic Interview TrainingThis 40-hour experiential training is for law enforcement, prosecutors and forensic interviewers. It is funded by AZ Post and requires Basic Forensic Interview Training as a prerequisite. It teaches interviewing skills of children who are victims of or witnesses to crimes.
